Mr. Dipak Gyawali is NWCF’s Principal Investigator under a current IDRC supported project on Water-Induced Disaster Risks Management Planning in Nepal. Over the past four decades, he has been an expert on water, energy, climate change and disaster, and has contributed hugely on the interlinkage between climate change, disaster risk, food security, irrigation and, renewable energy and nexus. Mr. Gyawali’s most recent works include: International Water Association/IUCN Nexus Governance, IDS Sussex working paper, Book on Food-Water-Energy Nexus that just came out of Routledge end March (with Jeremy Allouche and Carl Middleton) and a special guest-edited issue on Nexus in Water Alternatives.
