The objectives of this organization are to:

• Undertake research and education on water and related issue at national and regional scales.
• Support and help build capability of younger generation of professionals to acquire competent and professional expertise, thorugh discussion like Pani Satsang.
• Develop a repository of gray literature on water and its related field that will be made available to researchers and
